Traditional Irish Curraghs were used fot fishing of the coast of all of ireland. Being a shallow and light vessel it could be carried by three men and put into the water almost anywhere. It was used for fishing and transportation and are still used as such today. The are also used for the reacuring regatta's through whole Ireland
